The Downtown Long Beach Associates & Councilmember Robert Garcia present the 3rd Annual Latin American Parade & Festival, featuring a parade down Pine Avenue and a festival in the City Place Shopping Center (4th & Promenade) with live entertainment, dance lessons, art exhibition, food vendors featuring authentic cuisine , a beer garden, a vendor fair and children activities.
